The 32-year-old was admitted to hospital in Beverly Hills on Friday - but we're not talking any old hospital. Kim chose Cedars-Sinai Medical Center where the A-list likes of Britney Spears, Victoria Beckham and Jessica Simpson have also stayed. It was here that she selected a top-notch birthing suite and just hours later, Kim's baby daughter arrived in the world.

The mini Kardashian was born at around 1:30am on Saturday, five weeks ahead of her due date. Kim was due to give birth on July 11 - the same day as Kate Middleton - but after suffering an infection, she reportedly decided to take the precaution of going to the hospital a few weeks early. According to TMZ, the reality TV star had a natural birth after having contractions late on Friday evening, despite planning to have a C-section. Both mother and baby are said to be in good health with the little baby currently staying in an incubator.

Since Kimye announced the pregnancy in December, speculation has been rife about every aspect of the pregnancy. What will the baby will look like? (Slightly odd if the photos are anything to go by). How much money will be spent on her clothes / cot / palacial nursey? (We’re presuming it will be palatial although nothing has been confirmed yet).

The most talked about question, however, is what the baby will be called. Naturally, the world has put bets on a name beginning with K although as yet, there's been no confirmation from the new parents. So what do you reckon they'll call mini-Kimmy?
