Cameron Diaz Channels David Bowie On The Cover Of Russian Interview Magazine

Darkened eye sockets, chiselled cheeks and a mullet - Cameron Diaz sure looks familiar as she graces the cover of Russian Interview magazine. As we don’t speak Russian and therefore can’t read the coverlines, we can’t say for sure whether channelling Mr David Bowie was deliberate or whether she is the latest A-list star to fall foul of Photoshop. You’ve got to admire the similarities to Bowie’s NME cover from last June even if you need a double take or two to recognise her. It’s a strong look…

But if it is a nod to the world-class musician then it’s a timely one as we reported in this week’s issue, the V&A have been given unprecedented access to his costume archive and are showing a pretty major retrospective starting next month.

As for the 40-year-old actress, famous for her leading role in comedy There’s Something About Mary Cameron most recently starred in Gambit alongside Colin Firth playing a Texan rodeo queen roped in by art curator Harry (Firth) to try and con his evil boss (Alan Rickman) into buying a fake Monet.

As well as being a bonafide member of the A-list, she’s also had a string of high profile relationships under her belt including Jared Leto, Justin Timberlake and New York Yankee Alex Rodriguez. It seems like she’s taking a little break from the dating scene right now as she’s currently single but this cover and some of her previous front page highlights are sure to bring all the boys running… Let's take a look shall we?!
