Gizzi Erskine at Zizzi
Food writer and TV chef Gizzi Erskine has created a special menu for Italian restaurant chain Zizzi, to raise money for The Prince’s Trust. She’s mentored Joe Gray as part of Tomorrow, the youth charity’s campaign to inspire young people facing high levels of youth unemployment. For every dish sold from Gizzi and Joe’s menu, Zizzi will make a donation to The Prince’s Trust.
