Is there no end to Lady Gaga's talents? Not content with being the biggest popstar on the planet, becoming fashion's new muse, creating an army of Little Monsters AND releasing the first ever black fragrance, Mother Monster has now turned her hand to acting. We're itching to see the bonkers songstress make her big screen debut in Machete Kills (the sequel to Machete) and this shot that Robert Rodriguez tweeted yesterday has us all the more thrilled. What's more, according to the director, she 'kicked SO MUCH ASS!' during filming. Well, obvs.
For the uninitated amongst you, Rodriguez is the man behind dark masterpiece Sin City so we knew we'd be in for a treat. And doesn't Gaga look utterly faboosh? With her super-glam yellowy-blonde waves, Scar Jo-style pout and tattoos, she makes the perfect badass gangsta - much like the character she played in her B-movie-inspired video for Telephone. Plus, check out those blinging jewels, the naughty stockings, the lashings of fox fur (look away now, PETA). Fittingly, Gaga's character is known as La Chameléon.
Gaga will be starring alongside Hollywood scandal-makers including Charlie Sheen, Mel Gibson and Michelle Rodriguez as well as the sumptuous Sofía Vergara and Jessica Alba. So what do you make of Gaga moonlighting as an actress?
