Channing Tatum, Matthew McConaughey, Camilla Alves and Jenna Dewan: Grazia's Inside Scoop From 'Magic Mike' European Premiere

It’s the film that has gotten everyone talking. Some are even comparing it to ‘50 Shades Of Grey’ – OK, it’s not THAT graphic, but it is the first mainstream film to totally objectify Hollywood’s hottest men in a story about male strippers. Last night saw Channing [actual ex-stripper] Tatum and Matthew McConaughey attend the European premiere of Magic Mike at London’s opulent Mayfair Hotel. There were fans with billboards asking, ‘Channing, what WOULD you do for $20?’, in reference to a line from the film when he says ‘you don’t want to know what I do for a $20 bill!’

This is the first project that Channing (most famous for 2006’s ‘Step Up’) has been involved with on camera and behind-the-scenes, bringing his own experience as a stripper to the film. He mentioned on ITV’s Daybreak that his worst experience was when he was asked to strip off from a  massive er, clown suit. Sexy.

When Grazia asked him whether he preferred filming strip scenes or nude scenes, the actor answered cheekily with, ‘stripping is with a wink and a laugh to the audience, but with nude scenes, you're probably taking it a little too seriously. I'd much rather make it funny, rather than unintentionally funny…’ And believe us, it is incredibly funny and hot.

The wives were in town too with a gorgeous (and blooming) Camilla Alves - who announced via Twitter on 4th July that she is expecting her third child with Matthew - wearing leopard print and nude Louboutins and Jenna Dewan in red.

Of course, it didn't go unnoticed that one of the film's poster boys, 22-year-old Brit Alex Pettyfer, wasn't in attendance. It's been reported that Channing and Alex have been in disagreement with each other since filming but when Channing was asked about this on the red carpet, he shrugged it off and said, 'that's all tabloid bullsh*t' Oo er.

Magic Mike is out now and it's everything you wanted and more.
