Elizabeth Olsen and Dakota Fanning Are 'Very Good Girls' As They Team Up For New Film

06 July 2012 by

Released next year, ‘Very Good Girls’ - written and directed by Gyllenhaal matriarch, Naomi Foner - will see Dakota Fanning and Elizabeth Olsen play New York best friends who make a pact to lose their virginity the summer after they graduate high school.

Only problem? They both fall for the same boy, played by upcoming star Boyd Holbrook, who you can expect to see everywhere next year as he takes the lead in the film adaptation of Stephenie ‘Twilight’ Meyer’s book, ‘The Host’.

The girls were spotted on set this week in New York City riding bicycles, smiling, and er, shading themselves under a giant umbrella. Let's face it, considering Naomi created Jake and Maggie Gyllenhaal, we think she's got some serious Hollywood credentials. And with Dakota, 18, and Elizabeth, 23 as the film's main stars, as well as a role from Demi Moore, we can't wait to see it. Bring on 2013...

The sun looks is out in NYC (lucky them!) and Dakota seems to be shielding her fair skin from the sun in this photo while Elizabeth walks alongside. We're loving both the girls styles in this photo. Just look at those brogues, and those shades! And then, we see the boy in question. The 30-year-old actor has been spotted on a motorbike on set and has been seen talking to both girls (gasp!) How will he choose?

We spot some Supergas! Could these be from Elizabeth's older sisters, Ashley and Mary-Kate's capsule shoe collection for the brand? Either way, Little Olsen is showing off some serious festival fashion credentials and we're loving her brunette.
