The hot topic this Monday morning? Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes, obvs. We’re understandably obsessed after it was announced that Katie has filed for divorce after five years of marriage, is returning to her old (pre-Tom) publicist and filing for sole custody of their six year-old daughter Suri, not least because conspiracy theories are mounting. For example, Katie has just turned 33 – the same age as Tom’s ex-wives, Mimi Rogers and Nicole Kidman, at the time of filing for divorce.  

Whatever the case, here at Grazia HQ we’re remembering the happier times of one of Hollywood’s most iconic couples to date. Remember when the Dawson’s Creek star told US Seventeen magazine in October 2004 that ‘every little girl dreams about her wedding. I used to think I was going to marry Tom Cruise’, when talking about her Top Gun crush and then, well, it happened!

1. Sofa-jumping on Oprah

The pair met, apparently, through Tom’s agent back in 2005, fell pregnant with Suri in April 2006 and had a lavish Italian wedding six months later. Of course, we couldn’t NOT include the famous Oprah incident that saw Tom Cruise go seriously hyper on the chat show host as he jumped on her sofa and dragged Katie out to face the crowd, ‘she’s so friggin’ HOT!’ he declared, before, er, jumping around some more.

Oh! Remember when Katie serenaded Tom with 'Whatever Lola Wants, Lola Gets' at A Fine Romance benefit back in 2010? Someone say jazz hands?

How cute was it when Katie presented Tom with the MTV Generation Award at 2011's MTV Movie Awards?

And, who can forget the London premiere for War of The Worlds when Tom was splashed in the face with a water bottle and TomKat displayed their usual OTT PDA (skip to 1:37 for that one)

5. Side-stage dancing

And, finally, here the pair are on the sidelines, dancing to a performance from Jennifer Lopez's ex-husband Marc Anthony at 2007's Super Bowl. Just look at those dance moves!
