Each week in Grazia, Mary Portas talks one reader through an issue in their life. But now it's over to you to offer Claire some advice. Read her letter below and let us know if you've ever been through something similar or can give our girl some words of wisdom.
'Should I learn to be single?'
'I've been in relationships constantly since I was a teenager and it's starting to worry me. As soon as one ends, another begins and I wonder if I've never learned to be single because my dad left my mum when I was 16 so I'm afraid of it. But I've just started seeing someone else and really like him so what should I do?' Sophie, 27, London
