Each week in Grazia, Mary Portas talks one reader through an issue in their life. But now it's over to you to offer Francesca some advice. Read her letter below and let us know if you've ever been through something similar or can give our girl some wise words of wisdom.
'How can I juggle a young daughter and new business?'
I was doing well in my career as a fashion buyer when I was in my early twenties but lost all focus when I met my future husband and fell in love incredibly hard. Now I have a healthy and happy daughter and enjoy being a stay-at-home mother, but I don’t want to do it forever. It’s important to me that my daughter knows I provided for her as well as her father and I’m also anxious my husband doesn’t always have the pressure of being the only earner. The problem, though, is that I don’t want to work for someone else. In fact I’m thinking about starting my own business – but how?
