Circuits was the class we were least looking forward to on our bootcamp with Nike. I mean, come on. Circuits! We last did them when we were at school – and that bleep test was not fun. So it was with some trepidation that we climbed the stairs to the top of an NCP car park in Farringdon (the glamour!) and saw the markers of what looked like an assault course. But you know what, two sprints in, we were actually having fun. Two stations in we were almost hysterical. The thing that was great about circuits was the variety. Before we’d had a chance to get bored – or kill ourselves – by doing sprints up and down an extreme ramp, we were on to passing a lead ball around a circle whilst squatting. Our muscles were aching pretty much as soon as we’d finished but it was exhilarating. And motivation enough to get ourselves in gear for training for our 10K run with Nike on 24 October. And we want YOU to join us too. Sign up here. And start training with us.
