Inspired by our editor-in-chief’s marathon run earlier this year, the Grazia girls have decided to swap their Louboutins for trainers and get in shape. So we’ve teamed up with Nike and sports icon PaulaRadcliffe to put together a range of bespoke workouts that YOU can follow too. The journey started last week with a Martial Arts class in the V&A courtyard – watch us in action below – from which our thighs are still burning and is set to continue with a series of activities over the next few months.
A dance class on the Southbank in London on Wednesday 26 August at 7.45pm is next and ten of YOU can join us at. So what are you waiting for? Apply for tickets here. And if you can’t make it, you can still join in. Between us at Grazia, we range in fitness levels from the ‘I haven’t exercised since school’ type to the ‘I run to work every day’ brigade. So each of us have a workout that closely matches our own fitness levels – and yours!
