Trend Tuesday: The Grazia Beauty Team Get A Scent Update With These Spring Perfumes

This sunshiney weather has brought all kinds of happiness to us. The Ray Bans are out, our first bare leg of the summer has shown it's face and even better, a new scent has been spritzed. We've packed away our winter fragrances to make way for Spring's light and lovely newbies and you can find out about all the important scent updates you'll need to make in today's shiny new issue...

Now if you read the article in today's issue, you'll see that there's a helluva lot to choose from. Whether you are after a lighter oud or one of the fresh and fancy florals that are hitting the market, there really is something for everyone. To give you a bit of inspiration, Grazia's beauty team have picked their favourite scent updates to share with you...

1. Liz Hambleton, Beauty Director

-Go-To Scent of the Moment - It's all about Atelier Cologne Mistral Patchouli, £95, for me right now. It makes me feel dreamy and reminds me of lazy boho Ibizan holidays. I just can't stop spritzing it!

-Top Spring Scent - In the Spring I love to get out my Dior J'Adore, £47. It's fresh and sophisticated whilst still being fun and truly delicious... the perfect summer-in-the-city scent.

-All-Time Favourite Scent - My no.1 spritz? It has to be Ralph Lauren Romance, £38 – now, forever, always. So many memories!

2. Lauren Murdoch-Smith, Beauty Editor

-Go-To Scent Of The Moment - Right now I am loving Diptyque Eau Moheli, £50. It’s like a tropical beach in a bottle.

-Top Spring Scent - My top spring time fragrance is Estee Lauder Bronze Goddess, £45. It never fails to make you feel like you’re in the middle of a heat wave, even if it is April and snowing!

-All Time Favourite Scent - My fave has to be the classic Stella McCartney Stella, £45. Even when I unpack a scarf I haven’t worn since winter, the smell of the fragrance is just so amazing and comforting.

3. Rose Beer, Beauty Writer

-Go-To Scent Of The Moment - Atelier Cologne Orange Sanguine, £95, smells good enough to eat - it not only proves that colognes are lovely for ladies as well as gents, but is also guaranteed to make you mouth water with its yumminess.

-Your Top Spring Scent - I whip out Tom Ford Neroli Portofino, £195, the minute the sun arrives. Fresh, crisp and light it instantly captures the spirit of warmer days and sunnier weather.

-All Time Favourite Scent - I really love SoOud Ouris Eau Fine, £140, which doesn't actually smell of an Oud at all. It's soft, understated and clean.  Peach and plum meet iris cream and almond butter for a truly delicious spritz! No one else I know wears it either which makes it feel extra special too.

4. Angelica Hermon, Beauty Co-ordinator

-Go-To Scent Of The Moment - I am obsessed with Byredo Inflorescence, £130, which fragrance guru Michael Donovan got me on to. It's the most wonderful scent I have smelt in a long time and I have been raving about it to all my friends.

-Your Top Spring Scent - I love the delicate smell of Kai Perfume Oil Roll-On, £40, which I press on to my pressure points for a very subtle, feminine scent. I defy anyone not to love it!

-All-Time Favourite Scent - Although I don't wear it, I absolutely love Van Cleef-Arpels First, £48, which my mother has always worn. It's such a comforting and beautiful scent and brings back so many memories to me. I know in time I will turn to it as my 'special occasion' spritz.
