Tom Ford Celebrates First London Store With New Scent

30 July 2013 by

Tom Ford has become an honorary Brit ever since moving to our shores, before showing his collections during London Fashion Week. Now the designer is opening his first stand-alone store in our fair city, and will be launching a bespoke fragrance to mark this momentous opening.

Unique to the London store for six months, Tom Ford’s new olfactory delight, aptly named ‘Private Blend London’ aims to capture the city’s culture and "unique dynamic between elegant, urbane composure - and sometimes scandalous carnal amusements", according to Mr Ford himself.

Us Grazia ladies have been lucky enough to have a sneak preview of Tom Ford’s new offering, and are thrilled to confirm this is one heck of a sophisticated scent- strong top notes of black pepper, saffron, coriander seed, cardamom and coffee will take you on an exotic journey- we’re thinking Madagascar, Egypt, Marrakesh… you get the idea.

Want in? Hurry on down to the new store on Sloane Street. But quick, you’ve only got six months…

Tom Ford Private Blend London will be priced at £140 for 50ml and will be available from September. Get that date in your diaries- quick.
