The Model Behind Our Beach Shoot, Elyse Taylor, Tells Us What's In Her Makeup Bag

We’ve be out in LA this week shooting three top-secret beauty shoots for our summer issues.  While we were there we took some time to quiz our gorgeous model Elyse Taylor on the five beauty products that she just can’t live without.  Having walked for brands such as Dolce & Gabbana and Bottega Veneta and appeared on multiple covers of Australian Vogue as well as working regularly for Victoria’s Secret, it’s pretty unsurprising that this is a lady who knows her beauty stuff.  Needless to say we recommend that you listen up!

Lucas Paw Paw Ointment, £6.50 - This is the best hydrating balm.  I use it as a lip gloss and when I get dry eyes.  Plus I travel a lot so it’s great on the plane too.

Armani Eyes To Kill Excess Mascara in Black, £23 - I hate mascara that falls down your face after a few hours.  This one is great because it lasts all day without moving and it’s super thick and super black.

Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturiser, £33- I’m much more of a tinted moisturiser than a foundation girl as foundation can be really aging if not applied perfectly. I love this one because it’s really light and doesn’t cake.

Dr Colbert Skin Care – Dr. Colbert is a derm in NYC and sees Angelina Jolie, all the Victorias Secret girls and me! His skincare is incredible and I’m obsessed with his exfoliating skin pads.

Laura Mercier Secret Finish, £23.50 – My friend introduced me to this and its amazing for those times when you go out in a rush or need to pep up your makeup before dinner.  Pat it around the eyes and it rejuvenates and refreshes your whole face.
