Self confessed beauty junkie Katy Perry has added another fragrance to her packed beauty shelf, as she debuted her new scent 'Killer Queen' at a sneak preview in LA last night. Her latest 'juice' (her words, not ours) is different from her other two cat-themed purr-fumes, Purr and Meow, as this time she found her inspiration in royalty rather than pets.

Katy took to Twitter (no surprises there) to share the first image of her new perfume writing 'OK! I have been working on my 3rd fragrance for over a year & want to unveil the look NOW! What do you think?!' It looks like the pop princess took a trip to the Tower of London before designing her latest bottle, as it resembles a scepter, with the scent housed in a giant ruby.

By the looks of things we're going to see Queen Perry at all engagements to promote her new killer scent - with an ad campaign to rival the royal wedding. To the preview of 'Killer Queen' Katy went as a modern day queen of hearts in a mahoosive red ball gown covered in roses. And where was Katy Perry perched all night? On a giant gold throne of course.

The beauty queen also flashed some fancy nail art to the preview of her 'royal juice,' as she sported ruby nails with gold detailing that matched the design of her perfume bottle. She even has a little ruby jem hanging off from the nail of her little finger. This queen is a fan of matching her nails with the occassion, as remember for the royal wedding she had Kate Middleton and Prince William's faces on her nails.
