Has Kate Middleton Hired Herself A Yoga Instructor?

The Royal baby is on it’s way and now we have learnt just how Kate Middleton is preparing for her imminent arrival: Yoga. Yep, reports have suggested that Kate has hired herself a personal trainer so that she can stay in shape throughout her pregnancy.

Kate’s fever for fitness is well known and she’s been regularly spotted walking the dog she and Prince William share, Lupo but reports say that yoga instructor will visit the palace regularly to keep her overall levels of health up and her weight down over the coming months.

Of course, Kate won’t be the first person to want to keep her baby weight in check even before the tiny tot is born, these ladies are exactly the same…

Kim Kardashian: Hired a top trainer  

Just like Kate Kim is five months pregnant and has been working with top LA trainer Tracey Anderson ever since she found out. Kanye’s baby mamma  has reportedly had to quell her workouts slightly though since a health scare last week.

Jessica Alba: Moderating her exercise

When Jessica was pregnant with Haven she worked with her regular trainer to moderate her workouts. She worked particularly on her core strength which allowed her to bounce back into shape quickly after her daughter was born.

Catherine Zeta Jones: A diet full of energy

Catherine revealed that when she was pregnant she really had to push herself to go to the gym and to keep up her yoga classes so stayed in shape by eating healthy high energy food. She admitted she had to cut out ice cream and chocolate which she adored – rather you than us Catherine!

Courteney Cox: Budokon!

Yep, we’d never heard of it either. Courtney credits her slim post baby body to Budokon a form of exercise which fuses yoga and martial arts. It’s meant to be a mind and body work out and includes a lot of meditation and stretching.
