Read on to discover the beauty products Bonnie couldn’t live without…

Kiehls Ultra Facial Cream, £24: It's so important to look after your skin and find a moisturiser that works for you. The Ultra Facial cream is great for combination skin as it isn't too heavy, but leaves your skin with a glow!

Estée Lauder Double Wear Maximum Cover Make-up, £28.50: I don't wear foundation but I use this as a concealer (I got this tip from my sister Lauren Parsons who is a top make-up artist). It gives you great coverage without looking like you're wearing anything.

Giorgio Armani Sheer bronzer, £32.00: Some people don't leave the house without mascara... I don't leave the house without bronzer! Armani have one colour for all skin tones and it really works. You can have a natural sporty look for the day, and then apply a little more in the evening for JLo-worthy cheek bones and full-on glam! Our classes are all about channelling your inner superstar, but sometimes a little spot of sass in your makeup bag completes the look.

MAC Pro Longwear Eye Liner In Black Ice, £16.50: This eyeliner stays on all day, doesn't smudge and can be used for a heavy smoky eye or natural definition before mascara. I’m often dancing and taking classes for most of the day so it’s important to have something that still looks great throughout the day but can glammed up for the evening.

Chanel Soleil Tan, £31.00: This is a great base for the evening if you're looking for something with more coverage.

Eco Tools Kabuki brush, £9.99: I use this to apply my bronzer and it's incredibly soft, good for contouring and of course, eco-friendly which is very important in my books!

MAC Cremeblend Blush, £18.00: This is great for lifting your look and putting some natural colour into your cheeks, but I also use it on my lips. Great to carry around in your handbag and it kills two birds with one stone!

Shu Uemura Eyelash Curler, £20: I think this is a must for any make up bag. If you do love your mascara, they will double the impact or if you'd like to go for a more natural sporty look, they are a perfect quick fix enhancer. I don’t always wear mascara when I’m in the studio but this helps me to keep a bit of glam while keeping fit.

Maybelline The Volume Express Mascara Falsies, £7.99: This is my fail proof mascara which always makes my lashes look long, thick and clump free.

Sleek Matte Lipstick, £4.99: I wear this in 'Stiletto' and I always get compliments. It's just as good as the high end brands and I highly recommend it.
