Nicola Elliott's beauty goodies
Neom Organics Organic Hand Cream, £20.00: This is a handy sized tube which goes everywhere with me - all year long. It’s packed with anti-oxidising extracts like acai and nourishing argan oil known to aid collagen production and tighten the skin and really nourishes hands too. I also keep one in my hand bag.
Juice Beauty Correcting Concealer, £18.00: This organic concealer not only is great for a natural cover-up, but it also contains grapeseed oil, which is one of my favourite ingredients, as it’s so gentle and moisturising.
Bareminerals READY Blush, £22.00: I love the ‘Faux Pas’ colour. And with ingredients like cold-pressed camellia oil - it does not dry out your skin like other power blushes - it’s really silky. And being in Yorkshire, I definitely need some fab colour in my cheeks!
Neom Organics mini bath & shower oils, £19.00: I have just come back from a long girl’s weekend in Ibiza and I can tell you there really is nothing better to stash in your makeup bag than these potent mini oils. They barely take up any room and with 30% essential oils - not only do they help relax you on arrival after a cramped plane journey - because they are so powerful they really help refresh your mind, if you have a little bit of a hangover too! Use in the bath or shower for a real treatment.
Beauty Without Cruelty Natural Liquid Foundation, £11.99: Free from any nasty chemicals like parabens or PEGS, this liquid foundation is super-light (as I am not a fan of anything too heavy on my skin in the day) and gives great coverage.
Ilia Beauty Multi Stick, £30.00: I am a big fan of this brand and especially this multi-stick which has organic ingredients with added healing properties of vitamin e and shea Butter. It’s a great little saviour to keep in your make up bag as it can be applied anywhere you need a splash of colour or a little sheen.
Burt’s Bees Lip Shimmer in Watermelon, £5.99: I am also a fan of Burt’s Bees. This US brand has so many great products at great prices. I am not really a lipstick type of person, so this lip shimmer softens and adds a little colour all-in-one.
Lily Lolo Eyelid Primer, £8.29: Every now-and-then, we all don’t get enough sleep, whether partying over the summer at festivals, or if like me has a jammed packed time away from my husband and kids with the girls in Ibiza. And that is where this comes in. It’s thick and creamy and a product that really works hard and does-it’s-job and that’s to cover up dark circles. Really recommended.
