Who better for Rimmel's forthcoming '60s inspired lookbook than Georgia May Jagger? Daughter to the genetic dream team of Jerry Hall and Mick Jagger, Georgia has become famous for her gap-toothed beauty and retro-esque charm so bravo to the makeup giant for popping her on a classic scooter and trussing her up Twiggy style. She looks fab wearing a slick black suit and matching tie over a sharp white shirt with her blonde hair in a fab beehive, but it's the makeup that takes centre stage. In an ode to the infamous mod eyes of '60s supermodel Twiggy Lawson, GMJ works the striking look consisting of thick black eyeliner and lashings of mascara. Seriously groovy!
The recently released images, which showcase a retro monochrome look, have been unveiled in celebration of the launch of the new Rimmel products, set to be released later this month. So what can we expect from the forthcoming collection? Lots of '60s glam! The "scandaleyes" retro glam mascara, eyeliner and shadow paint boast "bambi-style lashes" with a "thicker, fuller, wide-eyed look," completed with a felt-tip style eyeliner pen and easy to apply shadow paint.
Earlier this year, GMJ was the star of an exclusive Grazia beauty shoot when she dished on her hair and beauty tips. 'When I first started to wear makeup my sister took me to Space NK. She was like the Juicy Tubes girl, which, at the time, were the coolest things. She would give me a massive sack of them and I would go to school and give them out. I was the coolest girl!' And she most def still is.
