Donna Air Shows Us What's Inside Her Makeup Bag

22 May 2013 by

Here at Grazia Beauty, our relationship with Donna Air goes back a long way. Right back to the days of Byker Grove, in fact, when the Geordie actress first appeared on screens at the ripe age of 10, soon to make her big break as a presenter for MTV and The Big Breakfast. Fast-forward to 2013 and Donna’s career has seen her successfully balancing acting, presenting and being a desirable brand ambassador for the likes of Green and Blacks and Vladivar Vodka.

Aside from film and television, Donna has also become increasingly passionate about all things Green (and that's not just the chocolate!) She works closely with the Soil Association and is continuously exploring areas of health, beauty and fashion.

What’s more, the blonde beauty has been dating K-Mid’s younger brother, James Middleton for four months now, and we have to admit we’re becoming a teensy bit obsessed with Donna and her never-ending stream of stunning beauty looks. Only last night was Miss Air seen out with the Royals at the launch of Mr Fogg’s bar in London, and we just know this is one beauty icon we will be seeing a lot more of.

We managed to catch up with Donna earlier this week, who revealed the beauty stash she just can’t live without. A royal flush guaranteed, we say…

Jurlique Rose Silk Finishing Powder, £24.50

The smell is divine, a light weight powder great on any skin tone.

Cosmetic A La Carte Bare Blush, £22

I love this texture and colour. Such a lovely brand with a great heritage!

Rimmel Eyebrow pencil in Hazel, £2.99

I love this colour and price point is great. I have used this since I was about 17, so obviously not that long…

Max Factor Clump Defy Volumising Mascara, £10.99

My lovely friend and makeup artist Caroline Barnes gave me this. If she says it’s good it must be!

Cover FX Illuminating Powder, £25

I have introduced so many friends to this brand who now are all fans. It gives you an airbrushed finish and it’s great for covering any imperfections. I also love that it’s a mineral powder.

Armani Lip Maestro, £25

Very natural- feels like silk for long-lasting nude lip!

Hourglass Illume Crème-to-Powder Bronzer Duo, £40

Crème powder and bronze duo for that perfect sun kissed summer glow!
