Suvana Organic Paw Paw & Honey Balm, £8.50: I love that I can use this on my lips, eyelids and any dry patches. It tastes amazing and is easy on the pocket too!
Pai Rosehip Bioregenerate Oil, £20: This luxurious and organic oil penetrates my skin and gives me a refreshed glow especially on days when I haven't had enough sleep. It is a skin cure-all instantly calming inflammation.
Vapour Atmosphere Soft Focus Foundation, £41:This is a new beauty item for me and ever since I started using it people have commented on how great my skin is. Secret...my skin is NOT great as I have a lot of damage from adolescent breakouts but I sure love that I can fake it!
Living Nature Concealer in Light Clair, £19: I tend to go toward natural products and I find that this concealer is very light and stays put even after a long day of training clients and teaching classes. It doesn't clog my easily congested pores either.
Chantecaille Cheek Shade in Delight, £23: This shade of peach is perfect for a summery sun-kissed glow.
Blink Brow Pencil, £13: The perfect shade for a dark blond like myself. The nifty brush on the other end keeps my brows going the right direction.
Green People deodorant, from £7.95: Finding a natural deodorant is one of the hardest things for me to find because I sweat...a lot. This one keeps me from smelling halfway through my day at the studio unlike most of the other non toxic varieties
Benefit They’re Real Mascara, £19.50: I had no idea I could have luscious lashes until I tried this mascara. It is not waterproof but stays in place even if I am working out all day and it's easy to wash off at night.
