In between filming for major movies, jet-setting all over the globe and just being general superstars, the life of an A-list starlet must be pretty demanding. After all, this is no ordinary 9-5 job we’re talking about. But what us Grazia girls want to know is exactly how the stars manage to stay sane when the pressure is all too much. Alas, it looks like Emma Watson has the answer! Showing her fellow superstars how it’s done, brunette beauty Watson has only gone and qualified as a yoga instructor. Em- you get our full beauty marks and we wholeheartedly approve of your dedication to health and fitness- the true key to a healthy mind!

From the ages of 9 to 21, Emma played the infamous Hermione in Harry Potter. She has also just finished her degree at Brown University and stars in new flick Noah alongside Russell Crowe. However, with so much going on in her life, the 23-year-old actress admits that she still has no idea what the future holds. "People are like: 'Where are you living? What are you doing?' I don't know," she told Elle Australia for its May cover story. "I'm too young to decide right now if I want to live here or in New York or in LA or wherever else. And I really struggled for the answers the past three years. I should really know! I should really commit!'"

With the future unclear, Emma also admitted, “I was like ‘I need to find a way to always feel safe and at home within myself. Because I can never rely on a physical place.” Cue Emma’s decision to qualify as a yoga instructor, believing that the spiritual exercise anchors her hectic lifestyle. Us beauty ladies have just made it our official mission for the rest of the year to do a yoga class with Ms Watson, if she ever decides to turn to teaching. Downward dog, anyone?
