It’s no surprise that Kate Middleton, she who has caused a fashion and grooming frenzy, has topped a survey for having the most enviable hair. But to be honest, some of the results from the survey carried out by [a target="_blank" href="http://www.fabriah.com/Index.aspx">Fabriah[/a] have us confuzzled.

Okay, there's no surprise that our Cheryl Cole came in third, closely followed by Kelly Brook - but we're pretty surprised that the were beaten by Jerry Hall.  Not that the model doesn't have impressive tresses, of course, but she's not our first choice for hairspiration.

Fabriah's spokesperson Francesca Davies explained why they thought Jerry had landed in second place: "It was interesting to see Jerry Hall so high on the list – it seems that even after 30 years, women still want her iconic look. What's more it's really great to see an older woman as a style icon."

So who's hair do YOU want? We asked the office to tell us their hairspiration...

Isabel Lucas

My hair-spiration changes on a daily basis – from Rose Byrne to Miranda Kerr – but I'm eternally obsessed with Isabel Lucas' locks. In keeping with her boho style, her hair never looks too 'done' - it's slightly scruffy, almost greasy and always enviable.

Olivia Palermo

I love Olivia’s style from head to toe and recently I took my obsession to the extreme by chopping off my beloved long hair to make way for an Olivia-esque long bob.  Olivia’s hair always looks perfectly done but without being stiff and old-fashioned, a skill she’s honed effortlessly.  Oh and I won’t even start on her colour….

Lana Del Rey

For a long time my hair hero was Alexa Chung and I’ve got years of girlish bobs to prove it! More recently I’ve made the decision to grow my chin length crop out and as a result longer haired ladies from Cara Delevingne to Lana Del Rey are the focus of my hair-spiration. I love the darker colour Lana sported in her H&M campaign and no one works a retro wave and Rapunzel locks quite like her.

- Julia Fernandez, Grazia’s Community editor

Elisa Sednaoui

Her minky hued locks are making me want to pack away my blonde tresses for the Winter months in favour of chic chocolates tones.

- Angelica Hermon, Grazia’s Beauty Co-Ordinator

Blake Lively

Oribe looks after her and I love his products. Also Her hair looks so impossible groomed, glossy and glamorous at all times – the opposite of mine!

- Rose Beer, Grazia’s Beauty Writer

Ali MacGraw

That centre parting, the all one length style and the seventies Navajo vibe.  Ali had it all going on in Love Story and my obsession with that hair is a love story in itself!
