What Do You Think Of Dame Judi Dench's Vajazzle? It's Body Art But Without The Permanent Part

Not quite got the courage to commit to a tattoo but fancy a bit of body decoration?  Then your commitment dilemmas might soon be over!  As Dame Judi Dench stepped onto to the red carpet for the James Bond SKYFALL premiere this week with a neck Vajazzle, it showed that having fun with body art doesn’t have to be forever!  Playing James Bond’s boss ‘M’, Judi used her agent’s famous digits 007,to make up her crystal body adornment which was subtly placed at the side of her neck!

But as Judi Vajazzled her neck to celebrate the launch of the 23rd Bond film, Dior revealed their 24 gold carat body art.  Made to look like jewellery, the Dior tattoos are made to look like rings, chokers and charms made with 24 carat gold leaf.

Created by Dior’s jewellery designer Camille Miceli, the tattoo’s are inspired by the idea of a 17th century Grand Ball.  Priced at £80, the ‘Skin Jewels’ tattoo collection is already set to be a sell out when they go on sale on 2nd November exclusively from Harrods

Last year, luxury brand Chanel launched the first designer tattoo transfers, firmly giving body art a big thumbs.  The Chanel tattoos soon caused a fashion storm, with fashionista’s adorning their bodies with luxury double C designs inspired by their 2010 Spring Summer collection.

Vajazzling might be a bit more Brentwood than Hollywood, however we think Dame Judi Dench really pulled it off, making us think twice about body adornment.

Will you be dipping into a ‘visible’ Vajazzle a la Dame Judi?  Or have the TOWIE crew turned you off body art for good?  Let us know your thoughts.
