Another weekend, another killer range of beauty and hair looks people. Yep, all across the globe from London to LA and New York were some top knotch trends and we are going to kindly share the top ones with you.

First up is the always groomed and always smiling Olivia Palermo. We think the reason we love her most of all is because unlike VB and Rachel Zoe, she really knows the power of a good smile. We're also taking note of her insanely glossy hair which looks healthy and gorgeous - reach for your intensive hair mask girls. Oh and we're loving that killer cat-eye flick too.

January Jones

Ms. Jones was out and about in LA at the weekend looking understatedly cool. Rocking one of our all time favourite hair-do's, the top knot, January looked a picture of beauty. We reckon she's got minimal makeup on under those large frames and why not? Tis the weekend after all and with that subtle shot of rouge on her cheek, she can afford to for-go the rest of her maquillage.

Alexa Chung

Ah, it's lovely Alexa. Hosting the launch party of The Foundry in LA, Miss Chung took us by surprise with her thick false eyelashes, which we wouldn't usually think she'd go for. Actually they are a winning look that we hope she'll go for more often - they really open up her eyes and give her a look an (even more) elegant 60's edge. Top marks for the peach lip too Alexa, we love!

Leona Lewis

At the Rose Club in London, Leona Lewis was looking hot to trot. Sporting a killer red lip, the singer wowed with her flawless skin and mink brown hair. We've noticed that Leona loves a bright lip and is hardly even seen without one and she obviously knows it works well on her skin tone. Try MAC's Lip Colour in Ruby Woo to get a similar finishes.

Jessica Alba

Pretty mama Jessica Alba snuck out for a coffee at the weekend looking, well, really rather pretty! Ever the on-trend girl, Miss Alba was wearing her hair in a low slung and loose bun which not only suits her down to the ground but is the perfect Satruday hair look. Nice work Alba.

Jessica Chastain

We spotted our favourite red head out in NYC looking radiant and gorgeous. The YSL muse's line-free face has caused a wave of envy at Grazia Towers and we're guessing she's been putting her stash of YSL skincare down to good use. That cracking smile takes years off her face and that unruly fro reminds us of an early Grace Coddington - chic and strangely sexy.

Rachel Zoe

At a NARS party in LA, fashionista Rachel Zoe rocked a red wine lip which gets top marks from us. Her relatively new fringe was getting a lot of attention (and doesn't it make her look younger) as well as her killer outfit, obvs. We're loving her metallic smoky eye and cheek contouring and will be reaching for our new bronzer palette this morning to perk up our skin on this grey morning.

Allessandra Ambrosio

New mum Allessandra was also at the NARS store launch looking typically beautiful and babe-like. Unlike Rachel, she went a little more understated to the event but still looked outrageously gorgeous. We love her perfect eyebrows most of all - not too plucked and just the right shaped arch. Thank you for inspiring us today with your flawless face!
