As ever, the weekend threw up some pretty funky hair and beauty looks that caught our eye. Everyone from Lady Gaga to good old Gwynnie were rocking some pretty good moves and we want, as ever, to share our top faves with you lot...

First up is quirky Lady Gaga who has been causing a bit of a stir as of late with her real fur coats and cute new puppy. She was seen out at the weekend with this pretty funky hair-do which has left a lot of people speechless. It doesn't really take us by surprise at all - we're used to her donning some pretty funky styles - but in our honest opinion we're just not set on the shade. Come of Gaga, go back to blonde for us...

Michelle Williams

Michelle Williams was out and about in LA looking cooler than ever with a cropped pixie style cut. She always manages to pull off the more unusual styles and we have to say we really love this look. Not only is it looking blonder and more summery but it's a little more androdgynous than normal and suits her down to the ground. The reason it works so well on her is thanks to her feminine chaarm that's off-set with this more boy-ish crop. We love!

Kate Beckinsdale

Brunette babe Kate Beckinsdale was spotted in London town, outside The Connaught to be precise, looking fine and foxy. She teamed her neon outfit with a cute ponytail that gets top marks from Grazia Team Beauty - you know how we do lurve a pony! We love her off-centre side parting and subtle wave which gives the hair volume and edge. Kate, we think you might just be out hair-spiration for this week, especially since you are in our home town too...

Jessica Biel

Our girl crush of the moment Jessica Biel was at her Total Recall film premiere rocking yet another gorgeous hair look. Displaying the most perfect fringe we have EVER seen, Jessica kept her tresses looking long and silky and simply to-die-for. Whilst a fringe like this is kinda high maintenance (it requires a good bit of styling and shaping on a daily basis girls), it looks blooming marvellous when pulled off correctly, just like Miss Biel.

Marina Diamandis

Lovely Marina D was performing in Pennsylvania at the weeekend and we fell in love with her hair-do, of course. Only someone like her could pull off such a Cruella DeVille look and still manage to look hot-to-trot. Now we're sure she has a few pairs of hands to help her with this as it isn't one you can get right that easily in the safety of your bathroom, but it's also one we'd recommend not to try yourself...

Pixie Lott

Blonde babe Pixie Lott performed at the V Festival on the weekend looking summery and fun with her cute hair-do and killer shades. The girl sang to a whopping crowd and apart form the beautiful lyrics she belted out, we loved her beauty best of all. She's got the peroxide shade of blonde just right and what with all those bouncy waves and serious shine, it's no wonder her fans were going so mad. Trying this yourself is easy - just use bucket loads of hairspray and a good set of hair tongs and you're laughing...

Gwyneth Paltrow

Yay! We're so glad that Gwynnie is back out and about after a summer of frolicking around on holidays. We love the blonde yummy mummy and might have even let out a small squel when we saw her on the red carpet of the End Of Watch film premiere in the Hamptons. Not only was she rocking a pretty banging dress but her blonde locks were looking sun-kissed and sexier than they have been in a while. Must be all that beach time she's been enjoying, works wonders for this beachy hair-do. Go Gwynnie!
