Exciting news on the beauty front: hair hero ghd have just launched a brand new look and Katy Perry back to front the campaign. Wahoo! Not only are we big fans of ghd but we lurve Miss Perry too, making this an ace combo.
The songstress is continuing her role as Global Brand Ambassador for the hair group but the new photos are much more sophisticated and stylish than we've seen before. Remember that super-bright campaign which landed back in April starring K-Pez with a mega bouffant of waves as she languished on a lilo?
This time, the images have been shot by legendary fashion photographer Ellen von Unweth in LA and were actually taken at the end of Katy’s world tour, which we now every detail of thanks to her brills movie 'Part of Me'. The images have a classic vibe and boy oh boy doesn’t Miss Perry look smoking without a blue/purple/pink wig or latex frock in sight? Ever the chameleon, she certainly knows how to keep us on our toes. Our favourite shot? It's a tough choice but we love the one of Katy swinging from a chandelier, serious diva style!
