Beauty Co-Ordinator Angelica Hermon Takes 10 Minutes…
I am definitely one for prioritising my lotions and potions as opposed to spending ages applying makeup. It’s so important to look after your skin and well-moisturised skin gives makes for a much better base when it comes to adding makeup. After two minutes of brushing my teeth (I’m a good girl), and showering, it’s on to a rich body lotion, at the moment Crème de la Mer The Reparative Body Lotion, £120.
By minute four I’m ready to slather on my Intraceuticals Rejuvinate Daily Serum, £130.95 and then a smidge of Sisley All Day All Year Face Cream, £216.
Minute five takes me a quick slick of mascara, this week it’s YSL False Lash Effect Mascara, £23 – I always leave my mascara on for 2 or 3 days at a time so it will be another layer over yesterday’s remains, a look I have long been in favour of.
By minute six I apply a bit of Bobbi Brown pale brown Eyeshadow in Cement, £16.50 and Shu Uemura Drawing Pencil Eyeliner,£15 whilst my serum and cream are still sinking in and then on minute seven it’s a quick layer of No 7 Intelligent Colour Foundation, £15.50.
Up to minute 8.5 and it’s a spritz of scent, today it was Jo Malone Lime Basil & Mandarin, £38 and then by minute nine it’s a quick spray of Percy & Reed Dry Shampoo, £12 to add hair volume and last of all a brush through with my Tangle Teezer, £10.99. Ten minutes on the dot and ready to go!
