Workout Pick: Try Synchronised Swimming Lessons at The Berkeley Hotel

We just adore the rooftop of the Berkeley Hotel - and quite frankly, what's not to love when with just a push of a button, the roof retracts to reveal what is undoubtedly the Capital’s most luxurious swimming pool.

But guess what, it gets even better, because throughout the monthes of July and August, you can throw those tootsies in the air and get involved in London’s very first synchronised swimming masterclass. Teaming up with award-winning synchronised team Aquabatix, the hotel is offering weekly 90-minute classes so you can become the ultimate underwater ballerina, while all the time admiring the panoramic views of Hyde Park.  Nice right?

Director of Aquabatix Katie Fried states, ‘Our team is so proud to show off their skills in what must be London’s most glamorous pool, and we can’t wait to teach Londoners and hotel guests at the Berkeley all about the ‘egg-beater kick’ and ‘skulling’'.

Hmmmm, wouldn’t it be cool to watch the Olympic team and know that you could (nearly) skull with the best of them?

Classes are priced at £125 per person.  Call 02072011606 to book.
