Grazia Beauty Director Liz Hambleton is currently out of the office and mid-flight to Venice for an oh-so-chic and very exciting top secret Chanel beauty reveal. Before she left Liz gave us a heads up on her packing procedures.  Listen up for a serious dose of insider must-haves...

It's an early start this morning so I'll be freshening up en route to the airport with my usual skin brighteners Bobbi Brown Creamy Concealer in Sand and Liz Earle Skin Tint, both are great for pale skin and give just the lift I need on a Monday morning. I can't arrive at the airport looking tired when there's a posse of beauty editors travelling with me now can I?

Packed into my new Chanel make up bag (I like to start a fresh one every month):

I dont  leaving home without my Stila Convertible Colour Blusher - a dab onto the apples of my cheeks is the ultimate glow giver. I have one in every colour.

For day time that's as made up as I'll go, but by night I will work a glowing tan courtesy of my Chanel Bronzer – The one in this shot is actually from last season but I like to finish one before I start another. I'll then apply my trusted Blinc mascara to my lashes which lasts and lasts, before adding a slick of Estée Lauder's easy-to-apply Kohl Liner and smudging it like crazy.

In my suitcase:

You'd be surprised how light I travel but this one is a little more glamourous than my usual work trips so I have packed a few extras...

Fragrance: Yes I know Chanel Beige is supersized, but it's my signature scent so I couldn’t leave it behind! I like to think it makes me smell sophisticated and chic, very important on a trip like this.

My hair is currently loving the benefits of this new Kerastase Bain Cristal Shampoo. Designed to make hair look 'child like,' it is my current fave.

My skin relies on Weleda skin food for in-flight hydration and a glossy glow.

I will of course be taking my sacred Sisley Global Anti Age Cream for some serious anti-aging boosting in the evening.

Wondering what the little white tube is? Make up artist Gucci Westman told me about this little gem. Yonka Bonne Mine gives my skin a subtle golden tan and builds gradually as your wear it over the week.

My body is preparing itself for the possibility of a little sunshine in Venice so I'm arming myself with Darphin Nourishing and Firming Velvet Cream. It’s a great gloss-giver to bare legs

And there you have it!
