Make Up Artist Must Haves: Maxine Leonard’s Luxe Line Up

As well as working her magic on our beauty pages (How amazing are these lips?)  Maxine is beauty editor at Wonderland magazine and has painted the faces of Cara Delavigne, Agyness Deyn and Megan Fox. Here’s a sneaky peek at her current beauty favourites. Prepare to want them all….

Tom Ford Neroli Portofino Oil Classic Beauty Oil: This oil smells of luxurious holidays in Italy and I use it on my hair and skin after the beach. Models always go wild for the smell of this when I use it on shoots!

Dior Rose Balm:  Softens, plumps and hydrates my lips, a real make-up bag classic that I never get bored of.

Ysl Touché Éclat:  A classic skin-saver, I couldn’t be without this and use it to brighten, cover and perfect my skin. I like to use two shades, one to brighten and one to sculpt.

Caudalie Eau De Beaute Beauty Elixir: I spray this wonder spritz onto my face about a thousand times a day to hydrate my skin and freshen my make-up. It’s also a great shoot product and I like to give models a quick spritz before they go on set to give them a dewy sheen.

Shocking Black YSL Mascara:  I like a mascara that adds length and drama but not too much volume. This gives lean lashes that really stand out and is blacker than black.

Chanel No 5: The only scent I wear, I never tire of it and of course it looks just gorgeous on my dressing table. Chic and classic.

YSL Nail Lacquer:  It’s  red or dead for me and this orangey shade gives a polished but edgy effect when worn on short nails. YSL are doing some fab colours at the moment so be sure to check them out.
