Holy dip-dye Batgirl! What’s this we see before our eyes? Barbara Millicent Roberts - more usually known as Barbie - has undergone her most extreme makeover so far! That’s right, the miniature lady has paid a visit or three to uber trendy East End salon Bleach to get a new look. In the past she has been dressed by a whole host of designers including: Prada, Burberry, Chanel, Roksanda Ilincic and Danielle Scutt. Now it’s Barbie’s hair that’s on everyone’s minds. How do you like THEM apples?

Queen of Krazy Kolours and Co-Founder, BLEACH Salon Alex Brownsell, explained why she had been so keen to work with Barbie, saying; ‘Barbie was my very first hair candidate when I was a kid, and now having the opportunity for her to be our client at Bleach is incredible, and her design able hair is a genius concept which has also inspired some new creations inside the salon!’

To celebrate the collaboration, the guys have launched a dedicated Barbie® x BLEACH tumblr on which each of the BLEACH stylists have been able to show off their experiments with Barbie Design Printables, posting daily thoughts and creations in the build-up to the holiday season through to the new year.

The key thing about this project is that YOU can create your own krazy kreations by using an online program and your own inkjet printer, Barbie® Design Printables allows you to print directly onto the hair extensions provided, with any colours or designs you like, resulting in personalised clip-in hair extensions.  Each kit includes 16 adult hair extensions and a further 6 for Barbie, as well as Barbie Design Printables doll. Good huh?
