Grazia Daily is girlie-squealing-ly excited. Why? Well, we’re decamping to the Isle of Wight this weekend to join a host of hippy-dippy types and brilliant performers for the 10th anniversary of the legendary festival. Eeep!
It goes without saying that we’re itching to take over the fields in our flatform trainers, the shiny new Christopher Raeburn anorak is packed alongside our sleeping bag and that Stevie Nicks-inspired cape is ready to rock. But our ultimate festie saviour this time round will be M.A.C Cosmetics. Yep, thanks to the brilliant brand and their nifty makeup facilities, we’ll be bang on trend beauty-wise – and you can be too.
Just pop into the coveted IOW Festival Hospitality area or the Artist Village on Friday 10th – Sunday 12th June from 12pm – 8pm daily to find the M.A.C Pro Team hard at work, keeping you looking refreshed from dusk until dawn. And you know what that means? No more mud-splattered cheeks or smeared mascara, folks – just a funky festie look with more attitude than Kate Moss circa the Pete Doherty years.
Naturallement, Grazia Daily will also be sneaking backstage to witness the M.A.C Artists at work as they tend to the VIP talent performing during the weekend, including boho babes Pixie Lott and Eliza Doolittle. Um, did someone say retro Woodstock? And, as ever, we'll be bringing you the full report on our return to Grazia Towers (hangover dependent, obvs).
So what are the beauty rules when it comes to festival fun, we hear you ask? Well, we met M.A.C Senior Artist Debbie to nail our essential survival kit – and ideal beauty look [above] – for looking fab come rain or shine (think LOTS of waterproof eyeliner and layers of lashes).
