Any invitation to the LVMH House is always worth getting excited about and today’s Kenzo launch definitely lived up to the house’s signature standards. This time the fashion and fragrance brand has created yet another striking scent, this time with a slight twist. The perfume in question, titled ‘FlowerTAG’ is based upon the graffiti work around Paris and we can honestly say that it is heavenly. Smelly east-end ghettos might be what springs to mind when you think graffiti but Kenzo have cleverly tipped this idea on its head, by focusing on the creativity and non-conformist theme. The Kenzo graffiti is entirely chic, original and to be honest, even puts Banksy to shame (the box it comes in is so cool that you won’t want to throw it away). Likewise the scent itself is full of sharp and bright notes such as peony, bergamot and grapefruit.
Sadly you will have to wait until September to get your hands on the beautiful bottle, but we are looking at it as a post summer treat. Roll on September…
FlowerTAG Eau de Toilette, from £30, available from September 2011 nationwide
