Marc Jacobs Smells of Biscuits

20 April 2010

It's tea time and we are starving so FYI we’re tucking into some much-deserved tea and biscuits.  Talking of which, we’re quite thrilled by the concept of Marc Jacobs’ new Biscotti Splash, £45.  Yes, you heard right.  This fragrance smells of those yummy almond-y biscuits that you dip in your coffee, hmm.  It really is the stuff dreams are made of and Mr Jacobs was inspired by none other than the setting of a Parisian Patisserie. Developed by perfumer Richard Herpin, the scent is a scrumptious concoction of freesia, bergamont, orange flower, pistachio blossom, and vanilla that is poured into this famously heavy and oversized bottle. This one’s quite simply good enough to eat. Oh, and hurry up because it’s limited edition too.
