Kate Winslet’s Lip Lift

We have to point out how gorgeous Kate Winslet looks in the new Lancome ads for their new L'Absolu Crème De Brilliance lip gloss.  Sporting Rose Mythique, her lips look particularly full and youthful which could be down to the fact that the new glosses have some of the same ingredients that you’d find in most anti-ageing creams!  With Pro-Xylane, which just happens to be Lancôme’s most powerful anti-ageing ingredient and Hyaluronic Acid (which is super-hydrating) it’s the best combination to get your lips in shape.  Once you’ve tried the texture, a cross between a balm and a gloss, you’ll instantly add it to your ‘can’t live without’ list.  Check out the nine power shades, our current favourite is Beige Velours perfect for the nude look.

Available in March nationwide, £18

  • her lips look particularly full and youthful because of photoshop

  • Nonsense. It is the Pro-Xylane. Definitely.

  • Ladykitty you are absolutely right. Its quite ironic that this woman who bleated on about how wrong it is for photos being altered in post production is in an advert where it is clear that her face has been photo-shopped. Guess it doesn't seem seem so bad when you are picking up a huge pay cheque eh Kate.

  • I agree with Ladykitty and fashionrat, she is almost unrecognisable in the photo, it's amazing the double standards of Kate Winslet among many others. If any of these products actually worked no one would ever age!

  • And there's me being all cynical. This Pro-Xylane, can you drink it?

  • I am SO buying this gloss! I mean look it's turned Kate Winslet into a 19 year old model with Jolie esque lips!
    PINKYDISCO
  • I know! Who would have thought that a mere gloss can take ten years off of you and forgot surgery when you can have lips three times the size. What do you mean it can't? I demand a refund!!

  • Hyaluronic Acid is a filler not a moisturiser and the concentration of the chemical will be too low to have a significant effect in an over-the-counter product like this one.
    And yes, shes blatently airbrushed.
