Now, we have to take our cloche hats off to Kelly Osbourne for her sterling effort while out and about in NYC last night. We can’t however, deny that we’re a bit flummoxed by this look, in which Twiggy meets Tallulah from Bugsy Malone in a bit of a clash between the '60s and the '20s. Loving the hat and actually quite enjoying the concept behind the very structural eye make-up, but somehow there’s something just a bit funny going on around the eye region don’t you think?
