Today's beauty treat: The 30-second de-stresser

Whenever I feel shattered or stressed (which, quite frankly, is most afternoons!), I dab a tiny amount of this lotion onto my temples, earlobes and wrists and wait for the tingle. Each little bottle is packed with a mix of plant oils that are specially mixed to calm you down, and weirdly, the strong pepperminty smell also curbs my sugar cravings. It's like a mid-afternoon coffee-and-biscuit hit, but without the caffeine or calories. Brilliant!
