Even though we've seen bright lips dominating the red carpet recently, there seems to be a counter club forming with Jennifer Lopez as the ring leader and nude lips as their lipstick of choice/motto. Eva Longoria and Lily Allen (normally a colour lip devotee) have recently been embracing the new nude lip too. Not only does J-Lo carry it off in style, it seems to give her an instantly younger appearance. The club rules? It's not the washed out, '70s era, lip eraser kind. It's a rich, glossy and creamy beige lip that looks expensive and fresh. L'Oréal Paris have a neutrals range, Made for me Naturals, that they've created to match your skin and hair colour and MyFace, developed by make-up maestro Charlotte Tilbury, also deals in nude shade matching. My current favourite though is MAC's Lustre Lipstick in Close to Real with a touch of clear gloss in the centre of my lips. J-Lo eat your heart out!
