
Strong, structured and effortless – that was the Roksanda girl. Lucia Pica for MAC gave the girls a 'strong but feminine look', concentrating on ‘a strong eye'. The eyes were elongated from the outer corner and blended from the socket with a burgundy shade to match the collection. Cheeks were sculpted with Strada powder, while lips were finished with a nude/pink lipstick called Myth.
Hair hero Duffy for L'Oréal Professionel went all technical to create a 'loose, soft and effortless style'. To take the weight out of hair, he corn-row braided the underneath and gave the models a loose centre parting. 'I'm making it more organic,' Duffy said. 'I want it to move as the girls move.' So, even though the hair and make-up might have looked effortless – exactly as Roksanda wanted – the construction was anything but...
