Wow. One of the most hotly anticipated beauty launches of the year, (no, decade) has just got even hotter... The new Dolce & Gabbana make-up range that is due to launch here in March and has been developed not only by Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana, but by one of our favourite fashion make-up artists, Pat McGrath. And if the three silver screen siren-inspired looks - smoky 'Provocative Eyes', ruby 'Lustful Lips' and a pale lip in 'Sensually Natural' - aren't enough to set your pulses racing the news that Scarlett Johansson is to front the campaign will. Shot here in London, the campaign features Scarlett dolled up like a coquettish Marilyn Monroe in the make-up collection that comes in vivid blues inspired by the design duo's love of the Mediterranean, black and gold for the volcanic island Stromboli (where they spend their summer vacation) and a deep burgundy that is based upon the colour of one of Gabbana's favourite flowers, the dahlia. 'We see make-up as another thing for women, like a dress,' says Stefano. 'We worked on the make-up line like we work on a clothing collection - you can change make-up like you can change your clothes, depending on your mood. It's luxury, but it's not too extravagant, and it's something that will last forever.' Now, if that's not the perfect fashion-beauty-A-list starlet collaboration, we don't know what is..
