First came fashion-gate - with the news that the Republicans had splurged a $150,000 on what they hoped would be an election-winning wardrobe. And now, Sarah Palin's embroiled in another new fashion scandal, this time over the news that her Emmy award-winning make-up artist Amy Strozzi cost $22,800 (£15,200) for two weeks work on the potential Vice President. Hmmm... what's worse? Spending the equivalent of 450 pairs of Louboutins on whippet thin brows and red lips or Barack using eye-liner? We can't decide. But perhaps it's time to start concentrating on the policies?!
