This Week In Parties With Russell Brand, Mary Charteris, Lily Rose Cooper and Donna Air

Blimey, it’s a wonder anyone has had any time to sleep this week the amount of parties that have been going on in London.  Shortly before we take a nap under our desks, here’s a roundup of the best…

Russell Brand, Unspoken, Mayfair Sarah MacDonald, Noel Gallagher

Unspoken in Mayfair...

Tuesday night saw London sociality Lisa Moorish host a fundraising evening for Diversity in Care for their campaign ‘UNSPOKEN’ at the Opera Gallery London. Noel Gallagher and his beautiful wife Sarah MacDonald were some of the first to arrive posing in front of a Bowie inspired piece of art. Later in the evening old Rusty Rockets Russell Brand himself showed face, popping into the event before heading off to perform in Soho for his Messiah Tour.

Donna Air Pimms

Partying for Pimms…

Hidden away in deepest darkest Soho the Pimms Summer Garden opened its doors this week, complete with a beautiful trellis adorned with flowers, and an actual garden shed full of Pimms, no less. Donna Air popped by – sans James Middleton sadly – as did Lydia Rose Bright. By far the highlight of the evening was seeing Jonathan Ross engage in a rather competitive game of swing ball with The Voice star Cleo Higgins. It’s open until the 29th of June so make sure you stop by yourselves!

David Gandy

Crazy for Carrera…

At the Carrera Ignition night, held at the ever fabulous House of St Barnabas the drinks were certainly flowing. Whilst Pixie Geldof DJ’d we spied Lily Allen having a good chinwag with her old mate Miquita Oliver, you remember, her off of T4. Henry Holland popped by as did Mary Charteris who looked amazing in a low cut Julien Macdonald number. With a warm evening ahead everyone crowded out into the garden where the bouncers eventually had to operate on a one in, on out policy – oh what we Brits will do for the summer weather.

Time for Tennis…

On Thursday it was over to the Kensington Roof Gardens for the WTA pre-Wimbledon party – yes it is that time of year again. Prince Harry’s girlfriend Cressida Bonas stopped by spending time with the Branson children, Sam and Holly, the young dancer was apparently really nervous about walking the red carpet, bless! Stylist Grace Woodward also swung by, proudly showing off her burgeoning baby bump in a black maxi dress.
