After a considerable few weeks of collecting, we eventually gathered together enough nail polish bottles to attempt a proper rainbow. A major consideration was getting the sequence of colours just right – an actual spectrum has seven hues; red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet.
Obviously the number of fingers doesn’t quite correspond and we're not THAT dedicated to fashion so we decided to round them up to ten, by including an extra shade of blue and two different pinks. All very scientific and all very VERY colourful, we feel.
