The Isle Of Wight Festival is in full swing this weekend and Grazia's News reporter Olivia Foster is there to soak up all the festie fun. Here's her report on what - and who - she's seen so far...
Despite the forecasters predicting rain, it was gloriously sunny when we arrived on the Isle Of Wight on Friday - and surprisingly warm. First stop was the hospitality bar where the ceilings and tables are festooned with pretty flowers. The bar is serving band-themed drinks designed by Hardrock Cafe like Wellers Lemonade and Killer's Kiss. Love!
Outside, Revlon have set up a tent where queues of women wait to get their nails spruced up and have their make-up retouched by the pros. The false eyelashes are proving to be the most popular. Grazia's very own Beauty Hunter is busy scouting their finest festie looks too.
One of the first stars we spotted was Jamie Campbell Bower. The Brit actor is taking full advantage of his backstage guest pass, walking from stage to stage with a mate.
Then we bumped into an actual real Spice Girl! Yes, Emma Bunton [above left] was spotted tucking into the amazing food - we're talking BBQ grilled chicken, salmon and burritos plus a giant salad bar. She adorably spent time posing for snaps with the security team and was later seen dancing wildly as The Stone Roses played. She and her mates were swinging their hair around right at the front of the viewing platform.
In fact, it was when The Stone Roses performed that everyone emerged from the bar and really got into the IOW spirit. We were all trying to create a bit of that old school '90s vibe. Emma told us the next day, 'I was really excited to see the Stone Roses, me and my friends were going wild.' She added, 'My festival look is quite dressed down, I did bring lots of dresses with me but I went for jeans in the end as I wanted to be comfortable.' A girl after our own heart!
We also spied Laura Whitmore in a pair of teeny tiny shorts and by the end of the night, it looked like she was in need of some R and R as she laid back on a beanbag. To be fair, we were doing the very same.
When Saturday came the sun was still shining and everyone seemed to be in the party mood. Heading through the Absolute area we spotted Radio Presenter Sarah Champion [bottom left] rocking super cute festival headband. The backstage bar was buzzing with people drinking and dancing from an early hour and by the time the Killers came on it was time for some serious dancing. Our favourite spot of the evening was Vinnie Jones who showed up right at the end of the evening after watching the bands he popped off to the pub with his mates.
Come Sunday everyone was feeling a little bit worse for wear after a night of partying the night before but Bon Jovi got everyone up and singing. He was pulling some prettyyy serious shapes on the stage, we don't know how he had the stamina really given his THREE HOUR long set. Altogether now, "It's my lifeeee"....
