All Hail Cressida Bonas: 5 Reasons Why She Is Our New Queen Of Glastonbury

(CRESSIDA BONAS/GETTY)

Well that’s it folks, Glastonbury is over for another year. There was rain, there was mud and there was an amazing performance by a perfectly taloned and bouffant haired Dolly Parton (like seriously, those nails). There was also one festival goer who managed to consistently catch our eye. Yep, we’re talking Prince Harry’s on/off (and currently) ex-girlfriend Cressida Bonas AKA, the new Queen of cool.

We’re obsessed. A former Princess-in-waiting getting down and dirty with her fellow festival goers, glugging cider and partying until dawn, what’s not to love? Here’s the five reasons why Cressie (as she’s known to her friends) is our number one Glasto attendee this year

1. She stayed in a normal tent

There were no tipi times, pod pads or Winnebago’s for Cressida. Oh no. Ms Bonas shacked up in a bog standard tent which, rumour has it, she had to retire to for a few hours on Saturday afternoon due to a rather hideous hangover. She’s just like us!

2. She spent the weekend hanging out with Harry’s friends

Not one to let her split from Harry get in the way, Cressie spent time with some of Harry’s friends on site, including Tom ‘Skippy’ Inskip, while her ex-boyfriend was the other side of the world in Chile on royal duties.

3. She also flirted with hot actor Will Poulter

Cressida made sure she showed Prince Harry just what he was missing and was spotted flirting with the BAFTA winner and our favourite new actor Will. They were seen enjoying a laugh (and a drink, natch) in the VIP bar.

4. She knows how to rock a white dungaree…

…and a denim hot-pant and a metallic jacket and, lest we not forget, a scrunchie.

5. She’s not afraid of festival food

Cressida was spotted tucking into a massive plate of chips and ketchup. We can only presume she needed the carbs to help with that aforementioned hangover…
