Fashion designer Marc Jacobs is set to host a dinner during New York Fashion Week celebrating the release of Gloss, the first monograph on Chris von Wangenheim – the German photographer famous for capturing the glamour and shocking excess of 1970s fashion.

In an email sent to Yahoo Style, details of the strict Wangenheim-appropriate dress code were revealed, and they were, to put it bluntly, genius.
