Kendall Jenner's Touching Message To Her Father Bruce

On Friday Bruce Jenner's interview with Diane Sawyer aired in the US, where he told millions of viewers 'for all intents and purposes, I am a woman.'

Over the weekend the Kardashians, other stars and fans showed their support for him. The most touching messages were those from his family.

Kendall tweeted "so very proud of you, my hero" and then Instagrammed a picture from her school work where in answer to 'If I could be anybody in the world, I would be...' she wrote 'my Dad.' She worte alongside the image 'I wrote this in 5th grade... nothing has changed.'

Kylie wrote on Twitter: "Understandingly, this has been very hard for me. You will hear what I have to say when I'm ready to but this isn't about me. I'm so proud of you, Dad. You are so brave. My beautiful Hero." The next morning she then wrote: "Woke up still in awe... I've never been more proud of you, Dad!!!!!!"

In his interview Bruce said it was hardest to tell his children - “They all cried, mainly because they don’t want anybody to hurt Dad.” He said that Kim was "the easiest to talk to about it," which he credited to Kanye West. Kim wrote on Twitter: "Love is the courage to live the truest, best version of yourself. Bruce is love. I love you Bruce." She then wrote: "Your honesty has opened the doors for others to be courageous and live an authentic life!"
