Kristen Stewart Plays A Photo Journalist In Her First Ever Chanel Eyewear Campaign

Kristen Stewart has a long-standing relationship with Chanel, starring in their Paris Dallas 2014 campaign and the Spring Summer 2015 handbag campaign with Vanessa Paradis and Alice Dellal. Well now she has another Chanel campaign to add to her collection, as she's the face of their Spring Summer 2015 eyewear ad.

This time Kristen plays a photo journalist, hiding from Karl Lagerfeld's lens (he photographed the campaign) behind a number of cameras. Chanel said in a statement: 'the actress transformed into a charming photo-reporter, her gaze framed by the new optical eyewear and sunglasses of the House.'

Kristen has previously said of working Karl Lagerfeld: 'He was born to fulfill the role he does, not just in the world of fashion but also in the arts. You know the reason people are intimidated by him is not because he projects that but because of what he has accomplished and everything that he represents. And then when you meet him, he's the opposite of intimidating, he is everything that my experiences taught me about true artists which is that they do what they do because they love it and they need to do it and they have fun doing it.'
