Gisele Bundchen Retires From The Catwalk With An Emotional Final Walk

It’s official, Gisele Bundchen has walked her last ever catwalk. The supermodel walked the catwalk for the final time yesterday (Wednesday) at the Colcci show during Sao Paulo fashion week in Brazil.

The catwalk queen, who has worked with Chanel, Valentino, Versace, Louis Vuitton, Alexander Wang, Balenciaga and Carolina Herrera, *and *starred as a Victoria's Secret Angel multiple times, confirmed last week that she would be hanging up her catwalk crown.

Don't panic though, the runway royal won't be leaving the fashion world for good. Posting a snap of her first ever show, aged 14, to Instagram Gisele said “I am grateful that at 14, I was given the opportunity to start this journey. Today after 20 years in the industry, it is a privilege to be doing my last fashion show by choice and yet still be working in other facets of the business”.

The model has a number of high profile campaigns with the likes of Chanel, Balenciaga and H&M. Inbetween, Gisele has also been working as a Goodwill Ambassador for the UN. We’ve got a feeling this lady’s still got enough on her plate to keep busy with.

Gisele’s husband, Tom Brady, was sat front row at the show. The American football player posted a heartfelt message of support for his wife on Facebook. “Congratulations Love of my Life. You inspire me every day to be a better person. I am so proud of you and everything you have accomplished on the runway. I have never met someone with more of a will to succeed and determination to overcome any obstacle in the way. You never cease to amaze me. Nobody loves life more then you and your beauty runs much deeper then what the eye can see. I can't wait to see what's next. I love you. ‪#‎GOAT‬ ‪#‎thebestisyettocome‬” he wrote.
